Another great new product from France.

Using the Plaque de Pain as the basis for the canapes these delicious savouries come in a box of four mixed flavours.

This picture is not entirely correct in it’s presentation for the finished product, but it is an example of filling and size.

The actual product has a parmesan topping and requires baking until crisp and golden brown. they are bite size morsels with a filling between coloured breads, it is personal preference if you wish to top them, approx size 2.5cm square, perfect 5 star finger food for your next function and definitely different,

The four fillings are:-  Creamed Brie, Cranberry and Pistachio (on PInk bread)

Goats Cheese, Black Olive Chutney (on Spinach bread)

Red Pepper, Fromage Frais, and Chives (Yellow bread)

Ewes Cheese,Marinated Tomato and Olive (Tomato bread)
