Our company is a family owned and family operated business. We are the first in Australia to obtained HACCP Certification in this field. And we are proud to affirm our brand is well trusted for its quality and for the excellent customer care we are willing to provide.
We have been operating in Queensland since the mid-1980s during which, we have provided and have successfully dominated the market with authentic French butter croissants ‘hence our brand name’. Overtime however our Austral Croissants brand have to imminently diversify, manufacturing not just croissants but also both quality French par-bake and cook bread range in synch with evolving market demand.

Our products contained: No Artificial Colours, No Artificial Flavours and No Preservatives.
We proudly stand by the product we manufacture and sell. Our raw materials and Food Grade Packaging are sourced only from HACCP Certified contract manufacturer/Supplier. All testings are performs by contracted NATA accredited laboratories.
We currently supplies to over 50 distributors Australia wide.
We can also produce customise or formulate and even slice breads according to customer’s need (1 batch minimum).
