Our ritual process of prolonged fermentation has given this unique delightful range the goodness and flavour of a true Artisan bread. 

Our Artisan bread variety are par baked.  Snap frozen from fresh.  Designed to be freshly cooked on a daily basis, aimed at all sectors of food service.  9 months (best before) shelf life.
