This is a fully baked leavened sourdough range, made with strong French influences in traditional baking practices. This variety offers the distinct complex flavour and the goodness of leavened sourdough. It’s distinguishable by its inner crumb which slightly matched the colour of its rich brown outer layer. When cooked to our recommendations, it forms a thin crisp and faintly chewy crust along with its refreshingly soft and slightly springy inner crumb.
