Austral Croissants was established in the mid-1990s developing authentic French croissants. In the early 2000s we attained HACCP certification — one of the first bakeries in Australia to do so — and launched our French par-bake bread line.
Today we are a leading producer of quality French par-bake bread in Queensland, supplying foodservice operators across the country. Our products are designed for consistency, convenience and exceptional taste — so commercial kitchens can serve freshly baked bread throughout the day, without running a full bakery.
