Austral Croissants was established in the mid-1990s, developing authentic French croissants. In the early 2000s we attained HACCP certification — becoming one of the first bakeries in Australia to do so — and introduced our French par-bake bread line.

Today we are a leading producer of quality French par-bake bread in Queensland. Our products are designed for consistency, convenience and exceptional taste, enabling commercial kitchens to finish fresh on-site and serve freshly baked bread throughout the day.
