This website is run by Austral Croissants Pty Ltd, Unit C/D, 1620 Ipswich Road, Rocklea QLD 4106, part of the VanDough Group. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Account sign-ups and enquiries. Business name, contact name, email, phone, ABN, business address and whatever you write in the message.
• Orders. What you ordered, the amounts, how you paid and your contact details for collection.
• Payments. Card payments are taken by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we receive the result of the payment.
• Chat. The questions you type into the website assistant.
• How the site is used. Pages viewed, the device and browser, the approximate location derived from the IP address and the site that referred you, collected through Google Analytics.

• To open your trade account and to prepare, confirm and hand over your order.
• To answer enquiries and to contact you about an order or an account.
• To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
• To understand which pages and products people look at, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell personal information.

We use Google Analytics to measure visits to this site. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage information to Google. Google explains how it uses that information at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can stop Google Analytics recording your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Your cart is kept in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.

We share information only with the companies that help us run the site and the business:

• Stripe, for card payments.
• Google, for website analytics.
• Anthropic, whose AI model answers questions in the website assistant.
• Our website hosting, database and email providers.
• Other VanDough Group companies and the agencies that work on this website for us.

Some of these companies store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
